Migrating your business to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) endures a few simple steps but it is crucial that the right planning is put in place to ensure there is minimal to no downtime in regards to telephone calls. Depending on your current telephone system you currently have in place will dictate on which route the migration will follow. The majority of our new clients have single line telephone systems in place which their main business number is associated with and in most cases this broadband connection will be running on the same line. So this requires a new telephone line to be installed prior to the migration / switch, in most cases the customer will transfer their broadband services to us which makes managing the customer telecommunication services more centralised, however the customer does have to switch their broadband to come onboard as a STARTEK VoIP customer.

We will plan out the migration carefully to ensure the migration goes smoothly and to plan, in most cases it is possible export contact address books and import them to a central company address book so the new VoIP extensions can access this centralised address book.
